How long have you been tumbling?  I started in trampoline sports 16 years ago.
What is your greatest achievement in this sport? Coming 4th in the men’s tumbling team final in 2019 at the World Championships in Japan.
What do you like most about Tumbling? How unique it is and also the feeling when I tumble.
What is the most challenging part of being an athlete? Pushing past my fears.
Your favourite skill?  Miller plus
Is there something you do to get ready for competitions?  I always meditate.
What is your goal in the sport? To always be better and be recognised as a great tumbler.
What is your hobby out of the gym?  DIY projects.

How long have you been tumbling?  I started in Mens Artistic at the age of ?? and moved over to Tumbling 9 years ago after a recommendation from my coach.
What is your greatest achievement in this sport? Coming 4th in the men’s tumbling team final in 2019 at the World Championships in Japan.
What do you like most about Tumbling? The opportunities that it gives with competitions.
What is the most challenging part of being an athlete? Staying dedicated and motivated during hard times.

What is your goal in the sport? To become the best I can become and push my limits.

How long have you been tumbling?  I’ve been Tumbling for 11 years.  When I was a kid playing rugby league I wanted to learn to do a backflip for when I scored a try like my favourite NRL players.
What is your greatest achievement in this sport? Worlds First triple to triple in competition.  Australia’s first silver medal in Tumbling at the Baku World Cup. Recovering from a broken leg.
What do you like most about Tumbling? I like how unique the sport is. I’m able to push myself to my limits and there are always new challenges to face.
What is the most challenging part of being an athlete? I love the sport and enjoy doing it. When you enjoy something, there isn’t much challenging about it because it’s something I choose to do, not something I’m made to do.
Your favourite skill?  Triple tuck or miller tuck.
Is there something you do to get ready for competitions?  I visualise my passes.
What is your goal in the sport? I want to break the World DD Record. I want to be multiple time World Champion. I also want tumbling to be in the Olympics so I can represent my Country at the highest level.
What is your hobby out of the gym?  Riding my bike or playing xbox.
Favourite Food?  Chicken schnitzel

Do you have a favourite quote or motto?  I enjoy what I do, and that’s how  Iturn my dreams into a reality… it’s the key to success or I didn’t come this far to only come this far.

How long have you been tumbling?  I started in the sport after watching my sister doing her classes each week. That was 9 years ago.
What is your greatest achievement in this sport? Being able to be in this sport is a big achievement for me but also placing 1st for Dmt and tumbling in Valladolid, Spain.
What do you like most about Tumbling? I like that it has a challenge to it and that just the environment of the sport Is really good.
What is the most challenging part of being an athlete? To not be lazy.
Your favourite skill?  Full full tuck
Is there something you do to get ready for competitions?  Just focusing on what needs to be done.
What is your goal in the sport? Just to be out there and make it to senior one day and hopefully have be part of senior team with my teammates.
What is your hobby out of the gym?  Riding the motorbikes and playing the piano.

How long have you been tumbling?  This is my 7th year in trampoline sports, before this I did acro.
What is your greatest achievement in this sport? Dual World Age Champion in Tokyo 2019 in 13-14 year category for double mini and tumbling.
What do you like most about Tumbling? I like being able to train with my friends and learn new skills. When I learn a new skill or do a new routine I love the sense of achievement, like all the hard work has paid off.
What is the most challenging part of being an athlete? Balancing life between training, a part time job, schoolwork, social life and rest & recovery.
Your favourite skill?  Triple tuck.
Is there something you do to get ready for competitions?  I like to put my airpods in and listen to music.
What is your goal in the sport?  My goal in this sport is to try and raise the bar higher and do things that have never been done. I want to compete as a senior in 2022 in both the individual and team events. I’m also hoping Tumbling gets into the Olympics so I can compete in the event.
What is your hobby out of the gym?  When not in the gym I usually spend my time out shopping or seeing a movie with my friends.
Favourite Food?  Pork ribs.
Favourite music? Usually pop music is my favourite.
Favourite Movie? Five Feet Apart, Stick It, Grown Ups.
Best piece of advise you’ve been given?   Just to not waste your time and be grateful for every opportunity.

How long have you been tumbling?  I’ve been doing trampoline sports for 7 years.  When I was little I was constantly doing handstands and cartwheels all around the house.
What is your greatest achievement in this sport? Being selected for 3 World Age Championships, in 2017 my coach and I became World Age Champion in Bulgaria , 2019 in Queensland at National Clubs I hit 70.5 in prelims also competing my first ever triple tuck and full full straight.
What do you like most about Tumbling?  Tumbling is a very unique sport, superhuman sport that’s what makes me love it even more than I already do.  You have your team mates and people all around the world to push you and set the bar higher, all new challenges make it fun. if you don’t love it why do it.
What is the most challenging part of being an athlete?  Keeping up with sore muscles.  Making sure your always ready for the next day, keeping on top of all my school work and going into higher grades.
Your favourite skill?  Triple tuck
Is there something you do to get ready for competitions?  before competition I always listen to my favourite Rocky motivational speech, I meditate and visualise my routines in my head before I go to sleep and eat a really nutritious breakfast.
What is your goal in the sport?  I have many goals; to one day compete in the Olympics for tumbling and place, to be able to teach the next generation and to raise the bar higher.  I want to stay in this sport for as long as I’m able to, qualify for all the future international competitions and place, be part of the first women’s tumbling team to win at the World Championships.
What is your hobby out of the gym?  I like to draw and hang out with my school friends when I have time.

Best piece of advise you’ve been given?  It’s not about how good you are it’s about how good you want to be – Brenda 2014. There are many more but this one I have always kept close.

How long have you been tumbling?  10 years, my parents were co-owners with Bec and Dima when KSTP started.
What is your greatest achievement in this sport? 2019 – 3rd in u15 tumbling in Spain Valladolid Cup and the same year 3rd in U15 Tumbling in Japan at the World Age Group Competition.
What do you like most about Tumbling? What I like most about tumbling is just the excitement in doing the sport. Its fun and challenging. 
What is the most challenging part of being an athlete? The challenging part is just maintaining school and gym. Also making sure I’m eating right and getting enough sleep and energy.
Your favourite skill?  Double lays
Is there something you do to get ready for competitions? The night before I compete I meditate going over my passes thinking about what I need to improve.  Also before I compete I listen to motivational speaking.
What is your goal in the sport? To be consecutive world champion and just making myself and everyone proud.
What is your hobby out of the gym?  Doing things with my dog.

Best piece of advise you’ve been given?  Don’t think to far ahead just take one step at a time.

How long have you been tumbling?  8 years, I orginally started as I wanted to try something new.
What is your greatest achievement in this sport? Coming first at National Clubs competing in level 7.
What do you like most about Tumbling? I like the challenges it brings and the fun that I get to have whilst learning new skills, also the competitions.
What is the most challenging part of being an athlete? Getting enough sleep and having enough energy to train my hardest all week.
Your favourite skill?  Double pike.
Is there something you do to get ready for competitions?  I always visualise my passes.
What is your goal in the sport? To be the best gymnast I can be.

What is your greatest achievement in this sport? Winning a Silver medal at the World Age Group Championships in both 2017 and 2018.
What do you like most about Tumbling? Learning new things and reaching my goals.
What is the most challenging part of being an athlete? Balancing both school and training.

How long have you been tumbling?  9 years.  I used to watch a friend doing her flips and thought it was very cool so wanted to learn.
What is your greatest achievement in this sport? Competing in international competitions.
What do you like most about Tumbling? The team and how everyone pushes each other to be the best that we can.  It is a good healthy competition which I enjoy!
What is the most challenging part of being an athlete? Balancing school, gym and home life.
Your favourite skill?  I love challenging my self with twisting combinations.
Is there something you do to get ready for competitions?  I always visualise routines the night before and just before I compete.
What is your goal in the sport? To become World Champion.
What is your hobby out of the gym?  I like to bake.

Best piece of advise you’ve been given? Always do things to your best ability. There is no point in doing something if your not going to do it right.

How long have you been tumbling?  7 years.  When I was younger I was always doing backbends aruond the house so mum found somewhere I could learn to do more.
What is your greatest achievement in this sport? All my results.
What do you like most about Tumbling? Because it is fun and it gets my adrenaline pumping and I love waking up and think what am I going to do today at tumbling.

What is your goal in the sport? To win the Olympics, I just hope one day they put tumbling back in.
